As I was driving one day I heard an ad (short interview) on Christian radio with the owner or manager of Day N Nite plumbing and heating and it made an impression. I wrote their name on the back of a receipt and and didn’t do anything with it for some time. I had had ok-to-poor experiences with a local heating company doing service things for some years on our furnace and after their last visit I got bummed out and didn’t call them for any more work. I just changed the filter myself every once in a while. Reluctantly I came to the conclusion I needed a trained person to check our furnace and remembered the good impression I’d gotten of Day n Nite. Man, they exceeded my expectations by infinity (and beyond). Our tech was Jacob Regis. I honestly don’t know how a human being could have done a better job. I am just so happy with his knowledge and service, and he answered all my questions knowledgeably. Out of 10 stars I would give 11. (He also did a whole battery of tests that I couldn’t do, like checking to make sure our furnace was burning efficiently enough to not fill our rooms with carbon monoxide.) Don’t be like me and take a chance by servicing your heater yourself!
