Apply for benefits, submit your review or report changes anytime! You can access these services from anywhere with online access — such as a home computer, local library or community center.
Phone services will be available from 8am – 5pm every business day. Call us at 1 (877) 501-2233 Monday – Friday. Hours for interviews are 8am – 3pm.
Our highest volume times are between the hours of 11am and 3pm, on Mondays and on the first and last three workdays of the month. If you call during these times, you may experience delays.
By calling this number, you can:
- Get information & report changes about any of your benefits
- Apply for child care
- Before 3pm: Complete your interview for cash or food (application/eligibility review/mid-certification review)
- Do your review for child care or medical
- Request an EBT Replacement Card
- Access our automated Answer Phone system 24 hours a day
