The Listener Advisory Board (LAB) evaluates the music SPIRIT 105.3 plays. This is an important responsibility because thousands of people don't have the same musical taste as each member of the LAB. Because of the LAB's participation in this musical ministry, more people are being reached for Jesus, and SPIRIT 105.3 has become one of the most listened-to Christian radio stations in America.
