Christian Yoga Class

Come to Holy Yoga on Monday mornings from 10:30-11:30. We meet in room S-150. Drop in class, ongoing. This is a Christ- focused class, set to contemporary Christian music and integrating meditation on God's Word. For beginning to intermediate students, slow-flow style. Increase strength & flexibility while deepening your walk with Jesus. FREE CHILDCARE with advanced notice for children up to age 5. No class on school holidays or vacations.
